Yin Yoga for the Heart & Hips

Our Yin Yoga class focuses on opening the hips and heart through restorative poses and gentle movements. Perfect for alignment, deep restoration, and connecting with your feminine essence, this class invites you to slow down and find balance within.
Thursday:
Rest & Restore— 6:30-7:30 PM
Cost: $20
Join Sydney for deep relaxation and healing meditation class every Thursday. Immerse yourself in the soothing glow of red light therapy while engaging in guided meditation to restore balance and vitality to your body and mind. The warming Red Light therapy improves melatonin production for more restful sleep and body recovery.
